Work Process
This was my first unreal engine project so it took some time to figure out.
Unreal Engine's blueprint system removes the need for coding knowledge made things a lot easier.
Lumens
Lumens is a global illumination feature in Unreal engine that calculates indirect light diffusion. When light bounces off an object, some of the color of the object comes off with the light and follows onto whatever surface it hits.
MetaHumans
In the beginning I intended to use Metahumans in this project however they are severely bugged and cause an obnoxious amount of errors. I will have to stick creating my own characters.
QuixelBridge & Nanite
Quixel Bridge is an assets store that provides assets created from photogrammetry techniques. I also used Nanite, which is a function that allows for high grade world building
